Tea Party

Tea Party

Tea Party

The event started off with a warm-up line dance by the Church volunteers, followed by various performances from the SSRP music group. We had a game planned for the event as an ice-breaker, but it seemed they were more interested in casual conversation and the performances. The performances/warm-up dancing really helped break the ice and made the families and volunteers feel comfortable with one another.
We decided to have a raffle draw at the end, which everyone really enjoyed. Overall, the Tea Party was a huge success thanks to the 42 volunteers. Feedback from the families indicated that they would love to do this again.
